COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal Information is information about you that identifies you as an individual, for example, your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number.
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through responses to surveys, search functions, questionnaires, feedback, Tell Your Story forms and the like. On some of our Sites, we offer health assessment tools that ask you to provide self-assessment information. We may also ask you to provide additional information such as your e-mail address if you want to obtain additional services, information, participate in a contest or to resolve complaints or concerns.
By booking with LuxxisVIP Ltd. and paying the deposit amount(s), clients acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms, and conditions and further expressly authorize the Company to charge your credit card in full or in part for your booking, including but not limited to charging your credit card in full for the reservation if you are a no-show. When the cancellation period expires, service is deemed delivered regardless of whether you enter the vehicle. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card on file.
SMOKING AND DRINKING
Ontario law applies, and all passengers in the vehicle(s) bear full responsibility for any alcohol consumed in or around the vehicle (s). LuxxisVIP Ltd. assumes no liability for any alcohol-related incidents that occur before to, during, or after the limousine service.
No smoking of any type is allowed in any of the vehicles, including but not limited to e-cigarettes, cigars, or hookah.
Due to the length and height of our limousine cars, access to some suburban streets, apartment complexes, and RURAL COMMUNITIES may be restricted, making pickups and drop-offs at the front door impossible. We retain the right not to proceed when doing so would put the vehicle and/or its passengers in danger.
The Agreed pricing is the fee agreed upon between LuxxisVIP Ltd. and you, the Customer, for the travel. Any modifications, such as extra pick-up or drop-off locations, may incur additional expenses for the customer. Any extra charges will be communicated to you after we accept the requested adjustments. Rates are billed in their entirety, including all relevant levies and tolls, as well as any current Fuel Surcharge (s).
We offer a price deposit guarantee! Whatever price per hour you book at will stay the same when your ride arrives and you have to pay the remaining amount. That means even if the price per hour has risen on our website, you will pay the hourly rate that you obtained on your day of booking. If you cancel your reservation and the price has risen, we cannot price match a price that you originally booked at.
All bookings are confirmed with the payment of a non-refundable deposit in advance. To reserve a vehicle, a deposit equal to two hours of the entire fee and an electronically completed agreement are necessary. Deposits are non-refundable due to the fact that the majority of our vehicles are reserved a year in advance.
The balance due is the total minus the deposit paid at booking. The remainder is required on the day of hire at the time and location of the final drop off.
Gratuities for the chauffeur (20%) are not included in the given pricing. Gratuities are often given directly to the chauffeur. When chauffeur gratuities were billed, and if you chose to pay an additional cash tip, it is entirely up to you and is in addition to the 20% previously paid.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
**Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before the reservation date, the deposit paid is non-refundable. Please contact LuxxisVIP directly to cancel a reservation.
PLEASE NOTE – If you do not appear or do not inform us of a cancellation, we will charge you the full amount agreed upon, plus gas and driver fees. This will be charged to your pre-authorized credit card.
**Cancellation by Company – We retain the right to terminate our limousine service agreement and service if:
- a) the customer does not accept our terms and conditions and/or refuses to pay the deposit and/or the deposit does not clear
- b) we do not operate in your region
- c) one or more of the limousines you have reserved is unable to cover your reservation.
If we do have to cancel your limousine service agreement, we will tell you through email or phone and will reimburse your account with any amount charged from your credit card as soon as feasible, but no later than 30 days after your appointment. We are under no obligation to compensate you for dissatisfaction.
FAILURE TO PROVIDE RIDE DETAILS a.k.a. "Complete your reservation Questionnaire"
We require all ride in our “Complete your reservation Questionnaire” form that is sent via email immediately after checkout, 3-days in advance at the latest (THREE DAYS BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION DATE), no exceptions or forfeit your deposit in full.
LuxxisVIP Ltd. makes every effort to arrive at all pick-up locations ahead of schedule. However, there may be factors beyond our control that prohibit us from fulfilling these objectives, such as severe weather, traffic accidents, road resurfacing, and other similar situations. As a result, we have included a grace time of up to 15 (fifteen) minutes in our program. In the case that a grace period is invoked in whole or in part, the time of adjusted times will be made up during or after the period of hiring, depending on schedules.
Damages to the limousines booked as utilized by you, the client, and/or your guests, as well as any repair costs, are your responsibility. Additionally, if a member of the party becomes ill or stains the limousine, we will charge $300.00 to clean it. Where a credit/charge card was used to secure the booking, you, the customer, agree that the amount for the damages will be charged to that card as they occur. If a credit/charge card was not used to secure the booking, we will invoice you directly if the extra payment is not completed immediately.
Overtime charges begin immediately upon the grace period’s conclusion. Under this agreement, the over time fee is $115.00 per hour or fraction thereof for the Mercedes-Benz Luxury Sprinter and $175.00 per hour or fraction thereof for the Extended Luxury Limo Bus. All overtime costs must be paid prior to the reservation’s expiration. On the day of the hiring, we do not take checks or foreign money as payment. If the client is unable to pay the overtime costs on the day of the reservation, the customer acknowledges that the amount(s) will be charged to the credit/debit card used to make the booking deposit. Payments made with a credit card are subject to a 5% (five percent) fee on the transaction amount.
We will make every effort to supply you with the car you desire. If we are unable to do so, we have the right to offer a vehicle of comparable kind and capacity. This will be communicated to you prior to making the changes.
Complete flight information enables us to provide you with prompt support. While we will make reasonable efforts to monitor upcoming flight timings, we will not have solid information until soon before departure or planned arrival. If your flight, whether outgoing or incoming, is delayed, you should call LuxxisVIP Ltd. promptly to alert us so that we can alter our schedules and re-arrange drivers. We will make every effort to accommodate delayed flight timings, but cannot be held accountable if unforeseen circumstances prohibit us from responding. We have the right to levy extra fees for future collection if we are not adequately advised of delays.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or abandoned items in our cars. You explicitly renounce any and all claims against LuxxisVIP Ltd. Service for lost, stolen, damaged, or left-in-vehicle property, as well as the disposal of same. Please inspect your valuables prior to exiting the vehicle.
BREAKDOWN OR ACCIDENTS
In the improbable case of vehicle complications or the automobile becoming unserviceable (for example, as a result of an accident), we shall make every effort to offer a replacement vehicle or cars as soon as feasible. We cannot, however, be held accountable for any consequential loss suffered as a consequence of vehicle failure or other unavailability.
