**Cancellation by Customer: If bookings are cancelled with less than 14 (fourteen) days notice, the entire agreed sum becomes due and payable. Between 90 (ninety) and 14 (fourteen) days prior to the date of travel, 50% (fifty percent) of the entire agreed amount is due and owing. Please contact LuxxisVIP directly to cancel a reservation.

PLEASE NOTE – if you do not appear or do not inform us of a cancellation, we will charge you the full amount agreed upon, plus gas and driver fees. This will be charged to your pre-authorized credit card.

**Cancellation by Company – We retain the right to terminate our limousine service agreement and service if: 

1. a) the customer does not accept our terms and conditions and/or refuses to pay the deposit and/or the deposit does not clear
2. b) we do not operate in your region
3. c) one or more of the limousines you have reserved is unable to cover your reservation.

If we do have to cancel your limousine service agreement, we will tell you through email or phone and will reimburse your account with any amount charged from your credit card as soon as feasible, but no later than 30 days after your appointment. We are under no obligation to compensate you for dissatisfaction.
